2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your full name, company or industry, phone number, email address (optional) and your description of interruptions (optional).
During a test call, we collect your phone number, call data, and the recording, transcript and summary of the conversation.
When you visit the website, basic technical data may be processed. With your consent, we also use Meta Pixel and Google Tag. Meta and Google may also process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), a website statistics tool. Google Analytics records pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location and individual actions on the site (e.g. playing a sample, clicking a phone number, submitting an enquiry) and sets cookies to do so (_ga and _ga_*). We do not send form contents to Google Analytics. Google may also process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards. See the Google Privacy Policy.
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), a website analytics tool. Clarity records how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, device and browser type, and approximate location) and sets cookies to do so (e.g. _clck and _clsk). Form contents are not recorded. Microsoft may also process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
With your consent, we use Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation) with the UET tag to measure ad performance and show ads to visitors of our site. UET records pages viewed and individual actions (e.g. submitting an enquiry) and sets cookies to do so (e.g. _uetsid, _uetvid and MUID). We do not send form contents to Microsoft. Microsoft may also process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards.
3. Purpose
We use the data to process enquiries, carry out test calls, present the service and communicate with you. We use advertising data to measure and improve our ads. We use data from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with others for their marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis
Data needed to process an enquiry and carry out a test call is processed to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recording the test call and the use of Meta Pixel, Google Tag, Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising at any time via the “Cookies” link in the page footer.
5. Retention
We keep data about enquiries and test calls for a maximum of 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page always applies.
